1.Summary

  

It shall distribute the prepared cement mortar into the pipe at the material distributing position; the cement mortar on the inner wall is evenly and firmly under the centrifugal force in high speed rotation after entering the centrifugal position, forming a layer of cement lining, the rest water from which will be parted and poured out at drain position. The quality for lining of pipe meets the requirement of ISO4179 and BS4772 standard.

 

2.Equipment component

 

It is composed of material distributing device, centrifugal rotation unit and shield, water pouring device, walking beam, hydraulic system and electrical control system.

 

3. Technical characteristics

 

Besides loading and unloading sealing ring, auto. control can be used for all parts of the machine. The characteristics of equipment are concluded as even material distributing, firm lining, clean surface, high productivity.
