1.Summary
Hydrostatic testing machine, a special equipment for hydraulic pressure testing of ductile iron casting pipe, shall carry out the pressure testing as per the requirement of ISO2531 standard .The leakage pipe is removed through the test in order to confirm the quality of pipe. 2.Equipment componets It is composed of aligning stop-pusher device, hydraulic press body, walking beam, water pressure system, hydraulic system, electric control system. 3.Technical characteristics The machine after pressure testing set, being able to carry out auto.water charging, pressure holding, water and pressure discharge. One set of water supply system and hydraulic system is available for the machine of DN100~300mm and DN400~700 machine, but not for DN800~1200 which uses another set of system.
